How does your pricing work?
We don't nickel and dime you here at VehicleHost. You pay $49.95 per month through a PayPal subscription you'll setup. Once setup, you'll never have to worry about the payments again because PayPal will take care of it for you.

Once I start hosting with you, how can I quit?
We have a standard agreement that includes liablilty protection for you and VehicleHost. This is not a contract that commits you to hosting with VehicleHost for any amount of time. You are welcome to cancel your service at any time by simply sending us an email telling us the date to turn your web site off.

How many pictures can I store for each vehicle I have?
Our service allows up to 16 pictures per vehicle.

How do I change the way my site looks?
Simply go into the VehicleHost Admin Tool and click on the Edit Site Info button. Halfway down the page you'll see a drop-down box with the sample image of the template underneath. Select a new template and then click the Save button at the bottom. The next time you visit your site, it will be using the new template you selected. Click here to see all of our templates. Try it for yourself in our demo site by going to the login page and using 'demo' for the username and 'demo' for the password.

Why doesn't my business name or slogan fit on certain templates? Why doesn't my phone number or domain name appear in the new template I switched too?
If you've used more than one of VehicleHost's templates, you may have noticed that your business's name, slogan, phone and domain name are displayed in different fonts, locations or not at all. This is done intentionally so our banners look as good as possible and fit all of our clients different needs. Unfortunately, not every template will work for everyone so you'll want to search until you find one that works best for you. We are happy to take requests from our clients for customized templates. If you see a template you really like but find it needs tweaked to work for you, contact us and we can create a new, slighty altered template that will work better.
